The Brand

Supporting You.

Tucked Accessories was invented out of necessity.

Our founder Victoria French, is an ordinary woman, but there is nothing less than

extraordinary about her story.

Let's go back to the start - 2012.

For two years, she had daily pain that was explained as endometriosis. Great New

so she thought, but the pain continued and worsened. She later received a rectal

cancer diagnosis. After having polyps removed, doctors said "Your margins are

good, carry on and don't worry." But the pain continued. After bouncing from

doctor to doctor and procedure after unnecessary and expensive procedure one

doctor stated "nothing is wrong; it's psychological" yet the pain continued and

worsened.

Unfortunately, it was not phsychological. It was a softball sized tumor attached to

her bladder, colon and cervix.

Finally, July 9, 2014, Vicki was diagnosed with stage 4 ovarian cancer. A cancer

with a 30% survival rate dismissed for years.

After 3 years and numerous rounds of chemo, radiation, and surgery and an

emergency surgery, she received a No Evidence of Disease diagnosis, however;

this diagnosis came with another- an irreversible ileostomy.

While the ileostomy saved her life, there was nothing that could have prepared

her (emotionally or mentally) for her new reality, her new body and how to

accommodate her new reality both physically and fashionably.

After searching high and low to find something to make her more comfortable

with her new body, Vicki found nothing. So she invented something!

Enter: Tucked Accessories OsomeTOP- the shirt you can literally tuck your sh*t

into.

The OsomeTop is our flagship product. Created so that people with ostomies

(ostomates) can feel secure, embraced and confident during work, date night,

exercise, sleeping and more. The patented design includes an inner pocket to

comfortably secure an ostomy bag. No more makeshift clothing adjustments,

safety pins, tape, or other work arounds.

While it may seem simple in concept, life after ostomy is not in itself simple.

There are daily challenges and simple comforts that can feel like a luxury.

By supporting the Tucked Accessories brand, you are taking back a sense of

control and empowering others to be supported through an unimaginable journey

and Embracing Osomeness™.
